Olivia Watts began her career in real estate in early 2018, first as a Relocation Specialist where she assisted transplants in finding the perfect home in Seattle, then soon after becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker with Pointe3 Real Estate. Prior to real estate, she spent 15 years working in the arts where she cultivated client relationships and facilitated the sale of artwork as an Associate Director at a local art gallery, in addition to providing support, exhibition curation, market research, and daily management. Her love of art and the PNW’s unique design made real estate a perfect combination of all of the things she enjoys most: selling, buying, researching, building client relationships, and getting to see and appreciate the area’s beautiful architecture.

Olivia stays active in the arts community by volunteering with Artist Trust and working at The Seattle Art Fair each year. In addition, during her spare time, she enjoys exploring the city and all it has to offer, going to concerts, trying out new restaurants, and traveling with her husband.
