Olivia Bates is a Washington native with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. After growing up in Bellevue, Issaquah, and Fall City, she spent several years in Bozeman, Montana attending Montana State University before returning home and settling in North Bend, Washington.
Olivia’s background spans marine biology, project management, tech sales, and property management, giving her a well-rounded, detail-driven approach to real estate. She now works as a full-time real estate agent serving the Seattle area and Central Oregon, and is also the founder of Sage & Pine Design Co, a home staging business.
Known for her authenticity, strong work ethic, and ability to build trust quickly, Olivia helps buyers and sellers cut through the noise with clear plans, thoughtful guidance, and confident advocacy—making the real estate process feel simple and approachable.
Outside of work, she enjoys everything the PNW has to offer, from skiing and mountain biking to trail running with her dogs. Olivia is also proud to be a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
