Joseph “JP” Pérez aligned with Pointe 3 Real Estate with a desire to help everyone’s real estate adventure become a seamless process. His negotiation skills, public speaking experience, patience, empathy, and listening skills are traits that he brings to assist clients whether they are selling or buying their homes.
A “Community Builder”, JP is a Spanaway Lake High School graduate and went on to study business. Joseph is able to provide superior customer service from working for public agencies like Pierce Transit and currently works with middle school teenagers for the Bethel School District.
As a Tacoma native and Pacific Northwest explorer, JP has the vast knowledge of developing areas that the Puget Sound region has to offer, specializing in Pierce County territories like: Tacoma, Spanaway, Puyallup, and Graham.
In his pastime, Joseph loves to spend time with his wife, Christina, and two children – Quintin & Eliza. A few of his hobbies include weightlifting, traveling, and taking long cruises on his motorcycle. JP is also involved in the Tacoma & Seattle HipHop music scenes by mentoring young artists as well as being a recording artist himself.
