When Pointe3 acquired Seattle Apartment Finders in 2015, Jose joined the team as a part of the merger and quickly grew to become a key asset within the firm. His sense of humor, genuine warmth, and creative mind make him a favorite of clients and colleagues alike.
Jose has lived in Washington for the past 20 years, attending Liberty High School in Renton and Bellevue College. His major in Communication and natural interpersonal skills led him to a career path in the world of REITs and apartment management, where he worked on lease-ups for a major local management firm and, eventually, as a relocation specialist with Apartment Finders.
With an unmatched knowledge of the Puget Sound rental market, Jose is one of the local experts that many of Pointe3’s clients have relied upon when moving to our region. He managed and trained Pointe3’s apartment finding team and motivated them to provide the best possible service to their clients. His innate ability to think outside the box while coming up with creative solutions allows him to see unique paths for growth that help drive Pointe3 forward.
Having insight into the rental market for so many years has led Jose to support Mary’s Place, a fantastic local non-profit providing shelter and services to families on their journey out of homelessness. He genuinely enjoys making people smile whenever and however possible.
His greatest accomplishment is eating not one – but two – Subway Black Forest ham sandwiches with all the fixings in just one sitting. In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his dog, watching movies, or playing video games.
