Elliot Peter Bogdonovich relocated to Seattle in 2014 and fell in love with the diverse residential landscape of the area. Backed by a degree in architecture and a family history in real estate, Elliot’s goal is to provide each of his clients their own personal appreciation and enjoyment in their real estate journey.
Elliot has found success across a variety of industries including residential home design, commercial and residential design-build and a detour into programmatic advertising at Amazon. Across industries, Elliot relies on his ability to deeply understand his clients’ needs to help them make informed, effective decisions. He understands that when his clients are investing their time and earnings into their real estate experience, that no detail is too small.
His passion for the Greater Seattle area paired with the desire to deliver an understandable and enjoyable home buying and selling process for his clients are what fuels Elliot’s service focused work ethic.
In his free time, Elliot still finds himself following his architectural roots though the Puget Sound neighborhoods admiring the diverse Pacific Northwest architectural styles. Most neighborhood road trips include his wife Aubree (also an architecture grad) and English Springer Spaniel, Arthur. Growing up in the Midwest, Elliot remains a diehard Wisconsin sports fan and channels his competitive nature onto the golf course. He competes in various local and national tournaments while also mentoring and teaching the game to area youth through the Greater Tee of Seattle.
