David and his wife Nancy have been successfully investing in Real Estate for over 20 years in the greater Seattle area. Together, they’re a knowledgeable, dedicated real estate team committed to helping clients navigate their housing transactions. David is the licensed Broker and Nancy is his unlicensed assistant. They have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, with a specific focus on condo buying and selling. David is backed by an experienced and extensively trained team of Pointe3 specialists and skilled support staff, ensuring a seamless customer experience at every step of the way.
Having lived in their real estate investments over many years, David and Nancy have acquired a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of condominium living. David has been on two condo boards and served as HOA President at The Hamptons at Harbour Pointe. David has an in-depth understanding of the impact of HOA elements (HOA health, special assessments, reserve studies, HOA Meeting Minutes, HOA dues, lending issues) enabling him to advantage his clients when selling or buying condos.
David and Nancy have had the opportunity to call a lot of places home in the Puget Sound area, and they can speak personally to the unique characteristics and qualities that translate into real estate value, not to mention all the best restaurants, shops, sights and sounds of many neighborhood communities. – The Greenhouse Condos in Wedgwood.
David draws from his years as an IT professional, with his focus on process optimization, negotiation, and excellence in customer service, while Nancy brings the Zen as a mindfulness meditation teacher and certified transformational life coach. As part of their service, they offer real estate focused coaching and mindfulness sessions for anyone feeling the stress or uncertainty of a real estate change. Nancy also draws from her past professional experience in healthcare and the vital importance of being accessible and responsive to time-critical customer needs. Together, David and Nancy offer concierge real estate services, from the practical and timely to the inspired and transformational.
In their free time, David and Nancy love watching movies and have been active supporters and members of the Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF). They also love visiting the beaches around Puget Sound in all kinds of weather. David plays jazz piano, and Nancy writes science-fiction under the name Julie Rodelli. They met at Bishop Blanchet High School and have been married for over 33 years.
