Dahlia Campbell has been in the multi-family housing industry since 2008. Since then she has come to know every professionally managed apartment community in the Western Washington area—from Bellingham to Tumwater and from Bremerton to North Bend. Not only is she familiar with the apartment communities and their neighborhoods, she also knows all major property management companies in the area.
In 2010, Dahlia got her Washington Real Estate Broker license. She then began working in the relocation industry, utilizing her expansive knowledge to help people relocating to Seattle.
Dahlia is very familiar with relocating, not only between cities and states but between countries as well. Originally from the Indonesian capital of Jakarta, she moved to Taiwan to attend college, and then moved to Ohio after receiving a BA in international business. Her last big move was to Seattle, and she just can’t think of any other city in the world where she would be happier. She knows how time-consuming apartment searching can be, especially when you’re not familiar with the area to which you’ll be moving.
From her own experiences, Dahlia is passionate in helping her clients to find homes they will love, whether renting or buying. A good listener who pays attention to detail, Dahlia will go the extra mile to understand her clients’ needs and wants. With her interior design background and many years of experience in staging, she can help sellers to stage their homes and buyers to see opportunities in the homes they select.
Dahlia speaks Indonesian fluently and also speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese, which she sometimes finds helpful when communicating and negotiating during real estate transactions or assisting clients relocating from overseas.
Dahlia loves spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their husky. They love to travel to new places and try new food. She also loves cooking and getting together with friends.
