Kevin grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine with a degree in Political Science. After returning to the Northwest to work in management at Nordstrom, he purchased his first home and discovered a passion for real estate. In 1991, he launched a real estate investment firm focused on buying, rehabbing, selling, and managing properties in Seattle and the Eastside. His career expanded to include commercial brokerage, founding Apartment Insider to assist corporations and renters, and launching SeattleRentals.com in 2002—one of the few local online rental marketplaces in the country. He also grew Seattle Rental Group into the region’s leading residential leasing service by delivering tailored, client-focused solutions.
In 2010, Kevin brought together his three thriving divisions—rental finding and relocation, leasing and management, and residential brokerage—under the name Pointe3 Real Estate. This vertically integrated firm leverages the combined strengths of its services to offer clients a seamless, full-service real estate experience, reflecting the innovation and dedication that have defined Kevin’s career from the start.
When away from the office Kevin enjoys helping others, spending time with family and friends, traveling, boating, sportfishing, skiing, live music, and collecting vintage vinyl records.
