Austin Jorstad is a Seattle native with over a decade of experience working with residential and commercial properties through construction, remodels, property maintenance, and building operations. His background includes helping operate large residential communities—including a 300-unit retirement community in Sacramento—as well as supporting the management of apartment complexes in King County.
Austin has also worked on elevator modernization projects in condominium and commercial properties throughout the Puget Sound, giving him a strong understanding of how buildings function and are maintained. As a Broker and Leasing Specialist with Pointe 3 Real Estate, he enjoys helping clients find exactly what they’re looking for while making the process clear and straightforward. Outside of real estate, he enjoys exploring the Seattle music scene and working on improving his admittedly bad golf game.
