Jessica Hall joined Pointe3 Real Estate in November of 2015. Her extensive management and customer service skills combined with her attention to detail and friendly demeanor are just a few of the reasons that Jessica is wonderful addition to the Pointe3 brokerage team.
I sat down with Jessica to learn more about her for this week’s Agent Spotlight!
1. When and why did you get started in real estate?
I have always had an interest and passion in the real estate industry and enjoyed talking to friends and family who are in the business, picking their brains on a field that I desired joining. My skill set from retail management and customer service, in addition to my passion and drive for the industry, helped turn this dream into a reality in 2015. Real estate allows me to set higher and more exciting goals for myself, and really run with it.
2. Why did you join Pointe3 Real Estate?
Ryan Raffetto sold my family our home in Washington. After seeing the professionalism and edge of Pointe3 Real Estate; I was impressed and knew it was something that I wanted to be a part of. Working for boutique firm is unique in many ways, but most importantly Pointe3 offers inspiring support and fosters the drive and passion that got me into the business.
3. What neighborhoods do you specialize in?
Anywhere from Bellevue to Lynnwood.
4. What is the most challenging/gratifying aspect of being a real estate broker?
One in the same: working with people! Whether it’s buying, selling, or leasing, it involves people’s dreams, pride, and emotions. It is so important to really understand and connect with your clients to make those dreams come true!
5. What do you foresee in 2016/2017’s real estate market?
I believe it will continue to grow at a slower rate, but I am confident in the growth and development within the state in order to keep it thriving!
6. Do you have any advice for someone looking to buy or sell a home in today’s competitive real estate market?
Make a list of must haves and can’t live withouts. You will likely have to make some compromises so it is best to have that figured out before starting that process. Also, know your buying power. You will want to be prepared, as well as know where you are comfortable financially, before signing on that line.
7. Tell us about you! Where did you grow up and where do you currently reside?
I grew up in Colorado and now call Mill Creek home. We moved here a few years ago for my husband’s job, a transfer that we couldn’t refuse! We have always wanted to move to Washington and jumped at the opportunity. While it is hard to be away from family, this beautiful state makes it much easier! We originally landed in Redmond/Rose Hill area, which we LOVED, as it has many boutiques, restaurants, Marymoor Park, and Juanita Bay, all at our fingertips. More recently, we purchased our home in Mill Creek and love the shops/restaurants in the town center!
8. What are your passions or hobbies outside of real estate?
Most anything outdoors! I enjoy being on the water paddle boarding, in the mountains hiking, or in the city trying a new restaurant or visiting the market. There is SO much to do, enjoy, and explore in this State! I almost forgot wine tasting! Or taking a bike ride into Woodinville to grab dinner or a bottle of wine.
9. What are your favorite things to do in Seattle?
I love exploring new things with friends and family! We enjoy checking out the latest restaurant or brewery, or heading over to a new farmers market.
10. Why should someone choose you as their real estate broker?
Having over 10 years of experience in management, customer service, and HR, I am able to communicate and connect with a variety of audiences. I pride myself on really listening to my clients’ needs and will work hard to help them achieve what they are looking for.
